Sending Alerts, Routing and Forwarding
Using the customer’s internet service provider (ISP), we send alerts sent through internet, cable or DSL. When your customer’s alarm signal is sent, it is first routed through our equipment. Then, it forwards the signal to the IP address of the central station configured on the account.
Processing Signals
The alarm’s alert signal is processed and received by the monitoring center. Through the cloud, the routers quickly pass alerts to our monitoring servers.
